What is an Email Alert and how can it help me?

Email Alerts are FREE and easy to use. Be honest, do you ever forget to give your pet his or her heartworm medication on time? And, do you typically check your email daily?

If so, login to your Pet Portal, select the pet who the reminder should be related to then navigate to the bottom of that screen and click on “Create a New Email Alert.” It is very important to give your pet’s heartworm medication on time to help prevent heartworms. Using an email alert in your pet portal can act as an added safeguard to help ensure that you give the medication on time.
