Need to reach us online? The best way is to use your FREE Pet Portal. Another way you can reach us is with our new Contact Us form.

Not exactly sure where to find something on our site? Use the Search box located at the top of every page. The one exception to that would be our Pet Health Library (under Resources). That page has its own Search box to search our database of over 1,100 articles on pet health conditions and medications.

Meet Robin, one of our fabulous Recep/Techs, who began working for us March 5, 2007.

Before starting her career in veterinary medicine, Robin worked for 10 years in the credit union industry in Augusta, Georgia where she earned a 3-yr certificate in credit union management from the University of Georgia.

She moved back home to Texas in 1998 and began working in the animal care profession, first at the SPCA and then for eight years at Austin Animal Clinic in Texas City. She worked there as a Technician, Receptionist, and finally as Office Manager.

Robin has been married to her husband Rick for 30+ years and has three daughters: Amanda, Erica and Ashley. She is also the proud grandma of Ethan and Vincent.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her assorted horses, parrots, dogs and cats.
